Ms. Liu Yiu Chu

Founder

Ms. Liu Yiu Chu was well known for her energetic contribution to the modernisation of China and to the political development of Hong Kong prior to the handover of the territory in 1997. She was one of the first group of Attesting Officers appointed by the PRC Government. She was appointed a member of the National People's Congress in 1988, helped draft the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and was an Advisor on Hong Kong Affairs. Although Ms Liu passed away on 30th March 1997, her effort and professionalism continue to invigorate the firm.

Mr. Christopher Chan is now retired. Before retirement, he had left the firm and had been Registrar of the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
